Welcome to Vona Sleep (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

Vona Sleep provides curated music stations, ambient sounds, visual experiences, sleep tools, focus tools, and other features designed to help users relax, sleep, focus, and improve their daily wellbeing.

The App is provided for entertainment and wellness purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered medical advice.

2. License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the App except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all features will always function without interruption.

Streaming content depends on third-party servers and internet connectivity. Temporary interruptions may occur.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, user interface elements, branding, software, designs, and other materials contained in the App are owned by or licensed to the App owner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased, where applicable.

The App may also offer a Lifetime Purchase. Lifetime purchases are one-time purchases, do not renew automatically, and provide permanent access to the eligible premium features available at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment information and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.

Prices may vary by country, region, taxes, and App Store pricing policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the App, including its availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective once published within the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the App owner, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
